Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom and internationally, including the United States and selected global destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist.


International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping on Xtreme Apparel orders.

  • Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • All international orders are shipped with tracking.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

  • This means there should be no additional charges upon delivery.

  • The price you see at checkout is the final total for shipping and import costs.

Please note:

  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods such as seasonal promotions or sales, order processing may take slightly longer. If delays occur, we will aim to keep customers informed.


Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery of your Xtreme Apparel order.

All shipments include tracking, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

International

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch (location dependent)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, customs processing, peak periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

During particularly busy periods such as sales or holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.


Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

  • £3.99 for orders up to £22

  • £6.99 for orders up to £99.99

  • Free shipping for orders £100 or more

International

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Any applicable duties and taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.


Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect the shipment.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return charges from the refund.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and delivery has been confirmed by the courier, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your local courier depot.

While we will assist with courier investigations where possible, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for parcels that are confirmed as delivered.


Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return charges from any refund issued.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, severe weather, customs processing, or peak demand periods.

Delivery timeframes should therefore be treated as estimated rather than guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.


Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except where a confirmed manufacturing fault is identified within the initial 30-day rejection period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
