Returns

We hope you love your Xtreme Apparel purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn, other than reasonable indoor try-on for fit

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition

Items that have been worn outdoors, washed, or used for extended periods are not eligible for return under our change-of-mind policy.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.


Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind, preference, or sizing, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will reimburse the reasonable cost of return shipping.

International Returns
For customers outside the United Kingdom, return shipping costs for change-of-mind, preference, or sizing are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable, except where a confirmed manufacturing fault is found. Any refunds for duties or taxes will be processed in line with the original payment method.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for alternative sizes or colours on eligible items.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team and we will guide you through the process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Returns Must Be Sent Within 7 Days of Approval

Once a return has been approved, the item must be dispatched back to us within 7 days.

Returns sent after this period may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be suitable for resale as new.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of:

  • Outdoor use

  • Washing or laundering

  • Odours, stains, or damage

  • Wear beyond reasonable indoor try-on

Items returned in unsuitable condition may be refused and returned to the customer.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased from our Archive Sale or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty.


Bundles & Promotional Discounts

If items are purchased as part of a bundle, multi-buy offer, or promotional discount, the discounted price is only valid when the full bundle is retained.

If you return part of a bundle:

  • The original bundle discount will no longer apply

  • Your refund will be recalculated based on the full price of the items kept


Free Gifts With Purchase

Where a free gift is provided as part of a promotional offer, the offer is conditional upon the qualifying items being retained.

If part or all of the qualifying purchase is returned:

  • The free gift must also be returned unused and in its original packaging

If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days for UK orders. Refunds for returned international orders will be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt, depending on shipping method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Payment provider processing times may vary

  • Original payment processing fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to document returned items via photographs or video during inspection for quality control and dispute resolution purposes.


Faulty Items & Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If an item develops a confirmed manufacturing fault:

  • Within 30 days of receipt, you may be entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund

  • After 30 days and within six months, we may offer a repair or replacement as the first remedy

A refund may only be offered if a repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected. If no manufacturing fault is found and the issue is determined to be wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or extended use, the return may be refused.


Extended Christmas Returns

For orders placed between 1st December and 24th December, we offer extended returns to make Christmas gifting easier.

Items purchased during this period may be returned until 31st January, provided they meet all standard return conditions.


Abuse of Returns Policy

To protect our customers and business from misuse, we reserve the right to refuse returns or restrict future purchases where we identify unusual or excessive return activity.


Delivery & Shipping Responsibility

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect the shipment. In such cases, Xtreme Apparel cannot be held responsible for delivery to the incorrect address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return charges from the refund.

For international orders, Xtreme Apparel cannot be held responsible for parcels refused at customs, or returned due to incomplete customs documentation. Return shipping costs in these cases may be deducted from any refund issued.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and delivery has been confirmed by the courier, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your local delivery office.

We will assist with courier investigations where possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for parcels confirmed as delivered.


Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, uncollected, or returned to us by the courier, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return charges from the refund.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak demand periods.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
